I was expecting the cancellation to be a bit of a headache, but it ended up being straightforward. The refund came back faster than I thought it would, and support replied in a normal, helpful way. Overall, it felt fair and simple, with no annoying back-and-forth or chasing needed.

Booking was straightforward, and at first the base price looked totally reasonable. The weird part is that a few fees didn’t really show up until later, so I wasn’t sure what the actual total was going to be right away. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, I just wish the full pricing had been clearer from the start
